Working in collaboration with Ohh Deer, I played a key role in the ongoing development of Papergang, a monthly stationery subscription where creativity and organisation collide. The project spanned packaging design, illustration, product development, art direction, pattern design, social campaigns, content creation, and full project and budget management, ensuring each release felt cohesive, considered, and distinctive. Each box was built around a unique theme and brought to life through collaborations with artists and designers. Month to month, we developed a wide range of bespoke stationery products, from notebooks, planners, and sticky notes to pens, postcards, stickers, greeting cards, and artist-specific items. The focus was on crafting a tactile, joyful experience that balanced strong visual identity with collectability, creativity, and retail-quality production.
